SAFE HARBOR DAM AND SEAWALL REHABILITATION PROJECT
Successfully completed 26 underwater concrete pier placements despite challenging conditions such as swift river currents and extreme weather. This required exceptional skill and precise coordination to ensure the safety of our team and the successful execution of the project. A total of over 16,000 cubic yards of concrete was utilized, with 12,000 cubic yards of high-strength concrete, showcasing our commitment to quality and durability. Our team's unwavering dedication and expertise were crucial in overcoming these obstacles and achieving exceptional results.
CHESAPEAKE BAY BRIDGE INSPECTION AND NON-DEMOLITION TESTING
Conducted comprehensive diving operations, completed detailed inspection reports, and performed thorough hands-on inspections of bridge spans and piers using a surface-supplied air station. Our team meticulously documented every aspect of the inspections, ensuring that all findings and observations were accurately recorded and analyzed. The use of advanced diving techniques and equipment allowed us to conduct in-depth examinations of the underwater structures, providing valuable insights for maintenance and repair planning.
CALVERT CLIFFS NUCLEAR PLANT
Served as lead diver in the removal and inspection of 65ft intake racks, as well as conducting thorough inspections of guide tracks and intake areas. In addition to diving responsibilities, we provided comprehensive daily security and safety briefings to the entire team, emphasizing the importance of adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures. Furthermore, in collaboration with Baltimore Gas and Electric, we led the charge in conducting detailed engineering tag-out inspections, ensuring that every aspect of the project adhered to the highest safety standards and operational requirements.
DUNDALK MARINE TERMINAL
After conducting a detailed assessment of the underwater infrastructure, we executed comprehensive repairs, which involved conducting thorough underwater inspections to assess the condition of the existing infrastructure. Our team of skilled professionals meticulously upgraded the bollards, increasing their capacity to an impressive 200-T to ensure enhanced safety and reliability for vessel mooring operations. Furthermore, we embarked on the precise and methodical removal of the aging wharf, making way for the installation of a new bollard foundation designed to meet the highest industry standards for durability and performance.
BLUE PLAINS ADVANCED WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
Replaced deteriorated pipes while meticulously adhering to hazardous material diving protocols to ensure the safety of the team and prevent any disruptions to the flow control to individual tanks. This involved careful planning and execution to maintain the integrity of the entire system while prioritizing the safety of both personnel and the surrounding environment. By following stringent hazardous material diving protocols, we were able to carry out the pipe replacement with precision and efficiency, minimizing any potential risks and ensuring the continued functionality of the tanks. Our approach involved comprehensive risk assessments, meticulous material handling procedures, and regular safety checks to guarantee the safe and successful completion of the pipe replacement project.
